The bids are free. Reading them is the job.
Every public solicitation NESO tracks — city, county, state, transit and prime-contractor boards, plus live
federal grants — is free to browse. No account, no key, no cap. That is not a trial. That is the whole board.
The Bid Desk is the other half. Tell us once what you do, where you work, and the size of job worth your
time. Every week you get your own dashboard — and an email if you want one — carrying only the open
opportunities that match.

How it works
| 1 |
Two minutes on a profile. Trades and keywords, the states and counties you work, who you will work for,
the smallest job worth bidding, and the words that mean not for me.
|
| 2 |
A principal reads it and builds your desk. Same or next business day. Your private link arrives by email
and does not expire while your membership is active.
|
| 3 |
A shortlist every week. Agency, deadline, and a link straight through to the issuing portal. Change your
filters any time — the next list follows the change.

What we cover today. Thirty-five verified-public bid boards across seven
states — Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky, Georgia, Connecticut and Arkansas. A source is added only
after it passes the public test: the listing opens with no login and no registration. Coverage grows before it
is advertised, never after, and every weekly list names the states it covered that week.
|
|
|
What it is not
It does not write your bid. That is the Bid Proposal service, from 1 credit ($50).
It does not score whether you will win. A fit-scored shortlist with reasoning is
Procurement & Bid Sourcing.
It does not warrant a listing is still open. Agencies amend and cancel; the
issuing portal governs and every item links to it.
A quiet week is reported as a quiet week. We do not pad a list to make it look busy.

boards daily for our own work — the Bid Desk is that reading, aimed at one business instead of ours.
