NESO already crawls thirty-five public bid sources daily and already talks to real-estate agents and building owners. A vendor membership puts that machinery and that network to work finding you the next job, in the areas you choose.

We search for you

NESO actively looks for work matching your services and areas — across our live bid database and through our own contacts. When something fits, we send it to you. You decide whether to bid; the work and the client are yours.

Your profile, in the right hands

Agents and building owners ask us who can do the work. Members are who we answer with. Your business, services, pricing and references go in front of the people who hire, for up to five areas you select.

You stay the business

NESO is not a middleman on the job. Clients pay you directly, at your prices. We make the introduction and find the opportunity; the relationship is yours to win and keep.

Founding vendor price — first 40 vendors only

$11/month · or $59/year

Held for as long as your membership stays active. After the first forty, the price goes up — founding vendors keep this rate. Joining takes two forms: one that builds your profile (services, areas, references, past work), one that records your pricing so we can quote you accurately to the people who ask. Cancel anytime; refunds follow the 14-day first-period window in our Refund Policy.

What membership is, plainly

Up to five areas. You name where you want work — cities, counties, or a radius. We match against those and nothing else.
Opportunities when they exist, not on a schedule. We forward what genuinely matches. Some weeks that is several; some weeks it is none. We do not pad the list to look busy, and we do not guarantee volume.
Introductions, not exclusivity. More than one member may cover an area and a trade. When a contact asks, we send the members who fit; the work goes to whoever wins it.
Your pricing stays yours. The pricing form exists so we represent you accurately — we never quote for you, negotiate for you, or take a cut of the job.

The honest limits

This is a new line and you would be among its first members — which is exactly why the founding price exists. The bid database is real and running today; the agent-and-owner network is real and growing. What does not exist yet is a track record of placed work, and we will not invent one. What you are buying at $11 is a working search and a seat at the front of the list as this builds.
