When an owner asks "roughly what would that cost", the useful answer is a range from you rather than a guess from us. About four minutes. Nothing here is published on a public page — it goes to the person asking, and only when they ask.

How this gets used, exactly. We repeat your numbers as indicative and subject to your site visit. We never negotiate for you, never commit you to a number, and never take a percentage of the job. If you would rather we said "ask the vendor" for a given service, leave it blank — a blank is a real answer here.

Submitting again replaces your pricing on file. Send the whole picture each time rather than one changed line.
