Information we collect
- Information you give us — name, email, phone, and business or project details you submit through our forms or by email.
- Automatic data — basic device and usage information collected through cookies and analytics as you browse.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, deliver services, improve the site, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our form and analytics providers) or when required by law. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are excluded from this sharing: they are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us a mobile number on one of our forms, or if you text our business number (901) 295-0322, you agree that a NESO principal may reply by text about your inquiry. Our messages are conversational and written by a person. We do not send marketing blasts, and we do not use purchased or rented contact lists.
- Mobile numbers are not shared or sold. Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. A number is disclosed only to the messaging provider that transmits the message for us, and only in order to deliver it.
- Message frequency varies by conversation, and is typically fewer than 10 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop messages, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].
- Opting out of text messages does not affect anything else. We will continue by email if you prefer, and it never affects work already underway.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand site usage — which pages are visited, from where, and on what kind of device. It sets cookies and receives standard usage data; it does not receive the contents of anything you type into our forms. Some links we send to a named person carry a short reference code so we can tell the page reached them; the code identifies the link, and visiting it tells us only that the link was opened. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Retention
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example, under GDPR or CCPA).
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16.
