How it is done today, honestly

This one is new and there is no crawler behind it. A principal checks the planning and zoning agendas for your jurisdictions every week, by hand, and reads them against the parcels you named. That is a real person's time, which is why it is capped at twenty-five members to start. A report is a snapshot of a day; this is the part that moves after the report is filed.
