NESO Bid Desk

Your search profile — about two minutes

Tell us what to look for

This is the whole input to your weekly list, so it is worth two careful minutes. A principal reads it, builds your dashboard, and your first list follows within a business day. You can change any of it later — the next list follows the change.

Who you are
Use the same address as your Gumroad receipt if you can — it is how we match you to your membership.
Optional. Only used if something about your profile needs a quick answer.
What you do
Write it the way a solicitation would — the words that appear in a bid title, not your marketing line. Six to ten is better than two. “Janitorial” and “custodial” are different words on different boards, so give us both if both apply.
The fastest way to make a short list shorter. Anything here is filtered out before you see it.
Where you work
Tick every state you would actually travel to and bid in. Ticking all seven when you only work one does not get you more work — it gets you a longer list you stop reading.
Tell us anyway. We will say plainly whether it is covered rather than sending you a list from somewhere else, and where several members name the same state, that is what decides which one we add next.
Optional, and it sharpens the list more than anything else here.
What is worth your time
Leave them all unticked if you will look at anything.
Both optional. Many postings do not publish a value, and those are never filtered out on size — a blank is treated as unknown, not as zero.
Used to flag set-asides and preference points you qualify for. We record what you tell us and never verify or vouch for it.
Bonding requirements sit in the solicitation documents, so this mostly saves you opening the ones you cannot bid.
How you want it
What this list is, and is not
  • Coverage today is 35 verified-public bid boards across seven states. It grows before it is advertised, and every list names the states it covered that week.
  • The shortlist is a filter, not a bid/no-bid judgement. Whether you should chase one is your call — or Procurement & Bid Sourcing, which is a different service.
  • It does not write the bid. That is Bid Proposal, from 1 credit ($50).
  • Agencies amend and cancel. The issuing portal governs, and every item links straight to it.
  • A quiet week is reported as a quiet week. We do not pad a list to make it look busy.

Got it — your desk is being built

A principal is reading your profile now. Here is what happens next, in order:

  1. We read what you sent and build your dashboard — same or next business day.
  2. Your private link arrives by email from [email protected]. Bookmark it; it does not expire while your membership is active.
  3. Your first list follows within a business day, then weekly after that.

Nothing else is needed from you. If anything in your profile needs a question answered, we ask before we guess.
