  • Photo gallery — $59. Best thing you can add if you do hands-on work.
  • Take the site with you — $100, any time. The files are yours.

Builder prices are for paying a year up front. Month to month costs 20–40% more. Their free web address lasts one year, then $15–20 a year. Checked August 2026.

Straight answers

Who owns it?

Your web address is in your name. Your words and photos are yours. If you leave, the address goes with you the same week, free. The site we build stays ours and you use it while you are a member — the same way Wix or Squarespace works. If you want to keep the site itself, it is $100 and the files are yours to take anywhere.

Why three months to start?

We build the whole site before your second payment. One month would mean building a website for twenty dollars. After three months you can stop any time you like.

What if I already have a website?

Then you already know what is wrong with it, which makes this easy. We build the new one and point your address at it when you say go. Your old site stays up until then.

How fast, really?

Three business days from the minute you send the form. Not from a phone call. Your round of changes takes two more days after you send them. If we are ever going to be slower, you hear it before you pay.

Who are you?

Two people. Mallory builds and runs the software. Charles has spent seventeen years in planning and land use, and he checks work before it goes out. There is no account manager. You will be talking to one of us.
