Advisory work, quoted in credits
One credit is $50, published and never negotiated privately. Scope is quoted in credits in writing before any work starts — a quote is the approval artifact, never a bare payment link. Bid proposal assembly is 1 credit; a market research snapshot 4; grant writing for a single funder 8; a business plan with a three-statement model 10; development feasibility 14. Credit blocks are valid thirteen weeks from their own purchase date, extendable to thirty-nine.

The seventh line, for the work buildings need on a schedule — landscaping, mowing, pressure washing, janitorial, junk removal, exterior maintenance. Property-service contractors take a membership: NESO searches for work matching their services in up to five areas they choose, and their profile is what NESO answers with when an owner, agent or property manager asks who can do the work. Founding rate for the first forty vendors, $11 a month or $59 a year — become a vendor. People who hire that work ask free, with no obligation and no markup: NESO is not a party to any job, takes no cut, and clients pay the vendor directly at the vendor’s own prices — tell us what the property needs.
Working with us
Nothing is released without principal review. Turnaround pauses day-for-day while we are waiting on you, and a pause is never counted as a penalty day. Refund terms vary by product and are stated on each listing.
